The Apprentice will not work with anybody other than Donald Trump. If Trump tries to pass the show off to another celebrity or to his kids, it will fail. Donald Trump is the show. Without his quick insights and ability to get to the bottom of complex situations, nobody will watch. The show will simply miss its star way too much, and this will hurt the credbility of the show.
If Trump wins the presidency, The Apprentice will be finished. It needs a star to keep the viewers tuning in week after week. Without an exciting boardroom finish to each episode, the show will quickly lose its luster. It is for this reason that a Trump presidency will kill the show. If he had time to run the country and host the show, then things would be different.
